Stefano is a brand and creative business leader with over 15 years of experience helping global brands translate strategy into powerful creative platforms, campaigns, and content ecosystems. His career has been shaped by a belief that brands grow when clear strategic thinking meets strong creative craft, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to make ideas happen across markets, teams, and channels.

From advertising to creative systems

After building his foundations in advertising and brand communication, Stefano developed his career across Milan, Amsterdam, and London, working with some of the world's most recognisable brands.

At McCann Erickson, he worked on Mastercard Europe, contributing to regional brand and campaign development within one of the most iconic global marketing platforms.

He later became a key business lead on Toyota Europe at The&Partnership, where he helped shape integrated campaigns and content across multiple European markets, coordinating creative, strategic, and production teams around complex regional needs.

His experience then expanded into luxury, lifestyle, and premium brand storytelling. At Hogarth, he led the global creative content studio for Nespresso, working at the intersection of brand consistency, creative quality, and scalable production.

Stefano currently also supports the global AI transformation agenda at British American Tobacco, working with teams focused on how technology, content systems, and new ways of working can help global organisations create, adapt, and deliver marketing content more effectively.

Nespresso Studio

A premium storytelling hub built for scale, speed, and global consistency.

The Nespresso Content Studio was a premium, multi-touchpoint content ecosystem developed for a global luxury brand, combining high-end craft with scalable execution. The work spans social, digital, e-commerce, retail and B2B, built around refined visual systems, strong attention to detail and a clear editorial sensibility. Each asset is designed to perform across channels while maintaining consistency, elegance and brand integrity.

The result is content that feels luxurious yet contemporary, crafted for social-first environments but conceived to live seamlessly across digital and physical touchpoints, at scale.

Toyota Europe – Brand Launch: Beyond Zero 2.0

Electrified ambition, translated for a pan-European audience.

Toyota needed to shift its electrification narrative from internal messaging to a bold, consumer-facing campaign that could resonate across European markets. With Beyond Zero 2.0, we built a scalable brand platform that showcased Toyota’s full electrified lineup—including hydrogen mobility—while balancing sleek creative with market-specific relevance. Built for flexibility across markets, the campaign aligned global ambition with local realities of EV adoption.

The result is a scalable, future-ready storytelling system that repositioned Toyota as a tech-forward leader, resonating across cultures and channels.

Toyota Europe - Drop by Drop

From product to purpose: human stories that move the brand forward.

Launched Toyota’s first-ever global brand platform in Europe by shifting the focus from vehicles to values. Drop by Drop brought the Start Your Impossible message to life through emotional, visually minimal stories of human resilience—echoing Toyota’s belief in pushing beyond limits and aligning with the spirit of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The result is a purpose-led campaign that redefined Toyota as a progressive mobility brand championing human potential, not just engineering.

Why this summit

"What drew me to the summit is the opportunity to discuss social media in hospitality not just as a channel, but as a living extension of the brand experience. In an industry built on detail, emotion and service, content needs to be more than beautiful. It needs to be structured, consistent and able to travel."

Stefano’s lab: Winning Hearts Worldwide

At the summit, Stefano will lead the practical lab Winning Hearts Worldwide: Attract International Travelers with Social. Attendees will pick their top two international markets and craft a focused plan to reach, convert, and welcome those guests - complete with localised messaging, channels, creator partners, and a booking path they can measure.
"For premium hospitality teams, content cannot be treated as a stream of disconnected posts. It has to become a system: one that connects brand strategy, creative craft, production, local adaptation and day-to-day execution. My background has always sat between creativity, business and delivery, and that's why this topic matters to me. The strongest brands are not just the ones with the best ideas, but the ones able to make those ideas travel without losing their soul."

Why outside-in perspective matters

Stefano's career was built outside hospitality - across luxury goods, automotive, and global consumer brands. That is precisely what makes his perspective valuable in the room.

At Nespresso, he led a content studio where every asset had to feel luxurious yet contemporary across social, digital, e-commerce, retail, and B2B - the same multi-touchpoint challenge hospitality brands face daily. At Toyota Europe, he coordinated creative, strategic, and production teams across multiple European markets, navigating the cultural sensitivity and local adaptation that hotel groups with international portfolios know all too well. And his current work on the global AI transformation agenda at British American Tobacco puts him at the frontier of how large organisations are rethinking content systems, production workflows, and scalable delivery - questions every hospitality marketing team is now asking.

As he puts it himself: "In an industry built on detail, emotion and service, content needs to be more than beautiful. It needs to be structured, consistent and able to travel." That understanding of hospitality's specific demands, combined with the systems and frameworks he has built for global premium brands, is what makes the cross-industry transfer so direct.

Through SHIFT Collective, Stefano now works with founder-led businesses in boutique hospitality and lifestyle, applying the same rigour to brands where craft, heritage, and international ambition meet.

Why you can't miss Stefano's session

Stefano has built creative content systems for some of the world's most demanding global brands - Nespresso, Toyota Europe, Mastercard - coordinating creative, strategic, and production teams across multiple markets simultaneously. He has led the Nespresso Content Studio, directed pan-European brand platforms for Toyota, and now works at the frontier of AI-driven content transformation.

His session is for anyone who knows their content needs to work harder - across more channels, more markets, and more touchpoints - without losing the craft, consistency, or brand integrity that makes it worth producing in the first place. Stefano brings the frameworks to make that happen.

If your team is producing content but struggling to turn it into a system that scales, this is the session that shows you how.
